Website Relocate America picked top ten  US cities to live in 2008.  Charlotte, North Carolina ranked number one. Asheville, NC took the 7th place.

The rating by Relocate America celebrated its tenth anniversary this year.  The cities in the Top are ranked based on the statistics and the feedback of the people who actually live in the cities being ranked.

Charlotte took the first place.  The 7th place in the top ten belongs to Asheville.  Cities in the neighboring states were also in the top 10.

3. Chattanooga, TN
4. Greenville, SC
5. Tulsa, OK
6. Stevens Point, WI
7. Asheville, NC
8. Albuquerque, NM
9. Huntsville, AL
10. Seattle, WA

In the 2007 edition of the best places to live Ashiville was number one. Cary, NC was in the 5th place.  In this year's rating Cary was only included in the top 100, together with other North Carolina cities of Holly Springs, Indian Trail, Raleigh and Wilmington.
