North Carolina is the 4th most popular state to live in according to Harris Interactive.

A total of 3,685 U.S. residents took part in this poll.

The first three spots are taken by California, Florida and Hawaii. North Carolina is trailed by Texas, Washington, Colorado, New York, Arizona and Oregon.
