Three Ukrainians and a U.S. citizen arrested in Raleigh.

They are suspected in visa fraud. Samantha Lucas, a U.S. citizen, went to Ukraine two years ago where she got married to a Ukrainian. Upon their return, the young couple decided to start a business setting up marriage for immigration visa and citizenship fraud.

The price was reported to be $6,500 per service.
