North Carolinians will prepare for health care related fields in Ukraine.

 

A new agreement has been reached, according to Health Minister Nikolai Polishuk.

"Studies will be done according to North American programs," asserted the minister. 

Up to 2,000 Americans annualy will study nursing in Ukraine.
